There are tons of foodie blogs out there, but there aren't many blogs about the wonders of carbs...specifically in the form of bread.
I plan on documenting my bread eating experiences. Finding restaurants that still make breads in their own kitchens and visiting bakeries along my travels. Being a newly minted baker myself, I may even document some of my own bread baking adventures.
And to think I lived a low-carb existence for over six months! What was I ever thinking?
